School ends, CyberMinds work, and a tighter funnel.
Mar 20, 2026 · Day 15
School is finally over, so today was a reset day: lower stress, lighter execution, and clearer focus for the next sprint.
The main decision: I will skip the Zero to Agent NYC hackathon due to timing/logistics and keep Ryva as the top priority.
What I shipped
-
CyberMinds agreed to use Ryva, and usage already looks sticky.
-
Continued daily outbound loop: LinkedIn connections, Reddit replies, X + LinkedIn post.
-
Finished the English essay.
-
Worked deeply on CyberMinds project tasks.
-
Started a NotebookLM notebook to organize all Ryva knowledge.

Activation strategy
- Lead with insight, not demo.
- Ask for low-risk sample context first (public PR/issue/thread).
- Show one concrete “decision + gap” output before asking for full repo access.
- Scale a 3-step funnel: start convo -> create curiosity -> show sample output.
CyberMinds signal
CyberMinds is now a warm pilot and feedback engine. Likely next integration is WhatsApp.
Operational priority from current findings: production terminal reliability + Docker security ownership.
Knowledge Repo Plan
- Create a dedicated Ryva knowledge repo and use it as the canonical context source.
- Add a daily CI pipeline that fetches
egeuysal.com/diary.jsonandegeuysal.com/blog.json. - Store fetched data in versioned snapshots so changes are trackable over time.
- Add a
resources/area for manual inputs (notes, docs, decision logs, transcripts). - Run Ryva against this repo so automated feeds + manual resources stay in one searchable system.
- Keep ingestion predictable: scheduled sync daily, manual trigger available anytime.
Friction and risk
- Stress was high this week, so I intentionally kept today lighter.
- Skipping the NYC hackathon reduces distraction, but removes a short-term networking spike.
- Omer mentioned a new project next week; I can help, but Ryva stays priority.
Numbers
- 1 X post published
- 1 LinkedIn post published

Quote of today
People trust after value, not before it. Lower the ask, prove usefulness fast, then escalate.
Main progress today: I chose focus over noise, secured a warm pilot, and tightened the trust-first activation path for Ryva.
