Built brain ui, but second-run depth is lacking

Apr 14, 2026 · Day 40

Shipped brain.egeuysal.com and nothing else. I have 4 tests tomorrow so needed to study.

I had to build brain because i was wasting so much time on copying and opening threads, this took me 30 minutes. I know I said I wouldn’t spend time on tooling but the ROI was clear.

What moved

The IBX board shows another 10 ICP replies X/Reddit block marked done today. George Rios got a follow-up. The weekly Ryva playbook is in place, so the proof and outreach cadence did not fully drop after yesterday.

That is roughly where the motion stops.

What did not move

Yesterday I said the real job was simple: close warm threads with explicit rerun timing, keep repo deltas sharp, then expand outbound. That is the part that stayed flat.

21st.dev is still not closed into a second-run loop. Klayan is still sitting as an open rerun. Drive 2nd-run usage through teams is still open. Run Ryva again for 21st.dev is still open. Fix Codex automations: thread search + capture CTO/eng-manager complaints (last 48h) is still open.

The bottleneck is not effort. It is converting proof into a scheduled next run.

Risks going into tomorrow

The board is already queuing fresh repo runs for Kernel, Moss, and Notte, with more later in the week. If I open more first-touch threads before locking rerun timing on the warm ones, I will trade loop quality for volume.

The outreach copy also still needs sharper delta framing. Bearer keys still cannot leak into notes or logs.

Tomorrow’s focus

  • Send a second-run follow-up to 21st.dev with changed vs unresolved vs risk, one binary question, and a concrete rerun time
  • Rerun Ryva for Klayan and send the delta back in the same thread with a next-run anchor
  • Finish the CTO/eng-manager complaints capture automation so there are 3 live pain threads to work from
  • Tighten the one-line gap message with the replacement-sync framing, then reuse it for outbound
  • Run Ryva on Kernel, Moss, and Notte only after the warm follow-ups are sent
  • Publish one short proof-first post or Ryva blog note from one anonymized repo gap

Yesterday proved I can generate proof and move product quality forward. This week still has room to produce a true sticky team outcome, but only if warm threads get timing anchors before new outreach opens.
