Sales-first pivot day: lighter execution

Today was lighter on pure output, but high value on decision clarity.

I locked the direction:

Do less random building right now, do more talking, validating, and selling before the product exists.

I want to learn business by actually doing the hard part, not hiding inside code.

  • I know exactly what to prioritize next: customer conversations first, product expansion second

Personal execution

I still kept core discipline:

  • training
  • ACT prep
  • high-protein nutrition
  • routine consistency

That matters because it keeps baseline stable while strategy changes.
