Flew back from SF. Everything shifted.

Flew back from San Francisco Monday night. The trip fundamentally changed something. The future no longer feels abstract or intellectual. It feels like something I am supposed to help build.

The city left me with a contradiction I am still processing: half of it is the most ambitious place on Earth, and the other half is deeply broken. That dissonance mirrors technology itself right now — extraordinary unlock potential paired with instability and fragmentation we do not understand yet.
