Key insight from the post
The strongest point from today’s writing:
- AI is not the product, AI is infrastructure
- the core bottleneck is context selection, not raw model intelligence
- constrained context with good boundaries often beats “just add more context”
- content is shifting from static navigation to conversational exploration
That maps directly to what I built on bri and this site: keep content as the product, and add an intelligent interface layer on top.
Takeaway
Today clarified strategy more than execution volume. Better context architecture and tighter scope feels like the real compounding path.
