Frame Through Glass

This frame happened because of foreground chaos. The black shape in front of the lens looked messy at first, but it forced the eye toward the two sails and the quiet water line.

I like this image as a reminder that composition is often subtraction by obstruction. A scene can become stronger when one imperfect layer blocks the obvious route.
